I am having to reject a lot of people to mcr_hardcore because you do either not have your year of birth set in your profile or have it set as been seen only by friends.
This is the ONLY reason other than you being under age that I will reject your application.

If you DO NOT have your year of birth in your profile I will not approve you to mcr_hardcore.
And I mean the bit Live Journal provides you with, I'm not going through your profile page to find it.
